Warranty
Studio Lilly cares about its products and naturally strives to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it is possible that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report any defect to Studio Lilly within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty conditions, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
Sometimes things may not go as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@studiolilly.nl. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
For consumers within the EU, it is also possible to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union’s dispute resolution platform.
